🛍️ Custom Product Policy

Because our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong selection made by the customer
  • Typographical errors provided during customization

💔 If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your product is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or broken
  • Incorrect personalization (our fault)

You are eligible for a replacement or refund.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue
  • Send your request to support@giflaxy.com

We’ll review and get back within 2–3 working days.


🔁 Replacements

If approved, we’ll:

  • Reprint and ship the corrected item at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a store credit or refund if a replacement isn’t feasible

❗ What Is Non-Refundable

  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Slight color or design variations due to screen differences
  • Misspelled names or incorrect details provided by the customer

📦 Return Shipping

For approved returns (non-personalized items, if applicable), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Instructions will be shared by our support team.
