🛍️ Custom Product Policy
Because our items are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Wrong selection made by the customer
- Typographical errors provided during customization
💔 If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your product is:
- Damaged during transit
- Defective or broken
- Incorrect personalization (our fault)
You are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To qualify:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos of the product, packaging, and issue
- Send your request to support@giflaxy.com
We’ll review and get back within 2–3 working days.
🔁 Replacements
If approved, we’ll:
- Reprint and ship the corrected item at no extra cost, or
- Offer a store credit or refund if a replacement isn’t feasible
❗ What Is Non-Refundable
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Slight color or design variations due to screen differences
- Misspelled names or incorrect details provided by the customer
📦 Return Shipping
